FAQ

Q.Do I need to contact 811 to have my utility lines marked?

No, the Fence Gentz will contact them prior to your fence build. A utility worker will then come out and flag or spray paint areas where we will not dig.

Q.How does the proposal process work?

First, our salesman will set up a time to come out to meet with you. The salesman will recommend a fence style based on your needs, the size and shape of your yard and your budget. Next, he will measure your desired layout, discuss placement of gates, and any areas of special concern and give his professional opinion. Then he’ll write up a formal proposal that includes a sketch of the layout showing the fence line in relation the house or buildings and the property line, as well as gate locations. The quote will then be taken back to the office to be figured and emailed to you.
